What is measured in a CardiAction screening
The screening measures brachial blood pressure, central aortic blood pressure, arterial stiffness, augmentation index, and the subendocardial viability ratio (SEVR) of cardiac efficiency.
These are markers that a standard cuff blood pressure check at a GP does not provide.
